Custom Spray Painting of an Ice Scraper for the Train/Transportation Industry

American Japanning Inc. was contracted by a customer in the transportation industry to custom coat an ice scraper utilized on trains. To ensure a premium finish, the part was prepared for coating with an adhesion spray pre-treatment. The coating was applied to the phenolic board scraper utilizing our advanced paint application process. Units of various dimensions were coated in a number of coatings and colors as specified by the customer. A thorough visual inspection process was implemented to verify quality and accuracy.

Turnaround time for production is 7 to 10 days, and we ship 350 units per month to locations worldwide.
